Role Overview:As a High-End Residential Architect and Project Manager at Alvarez Morris, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of our high-profile residential projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, design consultants/project partners, and contractors to deliver exceptional results. This combined role requires a unique blend of architectural expertise, project management skills, and a passion for creating exquisite living spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design:

- Lead the design process for high-end residential projects, ensuring creativity, functionality, and adherence to client preferences.

     - Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

   - Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions.

• Project Management:

           - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control.

           - Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and construction teams.

            - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and approvals.

• Client Interaction:

- Cultivate strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions.

             - Present design concepts and progress updates to clients.

• Construction Oversight:

   - Monitor construction progress on-site, ensuring alignment with architectural plans.

  - Address any design modifications or unforeseen challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture or related field.

- Licensed Architect (preferred).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end residential architecture and project management.

- Proficiency in Revit, and other design software including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
