Job Captain/Architect 1

The Job Captain is a licensed architect who is competent in all conventional aspects of architecture. Performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Independently solves problems encountered. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.

Key Skills

  • Five or more years of experience
  • Licensed architect
  • Must communicate effectively
  • Expert technical, detail and constructability skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and work well with a variety of staff
  • Demonstrate experience working on all phases of a project
  • Attain the firm’s goals relative to design, technical and management excellence
  • Required to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently as well as interact with the team
  • Ability to efficiently operate Revit and Sketch Up

Salary Range $56,000 - $75,000

Project Manager

The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects. Prepares strategic plans for project success. Is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. They serve as the primary client liaison to bring schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.

Salary Range $70,000 - $85,000

Senior Project Manager

Serving as a leader and mentor, the Senior Project Manager must inspire, develop and refine the existing skills of studio personnel from the conceptual design phase through project completion, providing technical and design input, and monitoring progress throughout the development of each project. The main responsibility of the Senior Project Manager is to make certain that the technical and design excellence of each project is properly delineated in the form of design and construction documents; and to work to realize this level of technical and design excellence in its built form with minimal supervision. This will include ongoing technical, detail and constructability review of all projects.

Salary Range $85,000 - $100,000
