This job is no longer accepting applications.

Vega is a small and energetic architecture firm who has built a strong reputation with our clients by consistently delivering high quality projects. We do this by constantly pushing ourselves to strengthen our Innovation, Precision and (building) Intelligence while not taking ourselves too seriously. We are hoping to find a senior project manager who meshes well with our values, culture and skills - but who can also bring new complimentary skills to our team. This is what we need and what we can offer:

+ We have a lot going on (Civic, Mixed Use, Mountain, Office, High-Tech, Industrial, Restaurant, National Rollout) and a lot of growth ahead.

+ We need a pretty great (read: super talented) Project Manager to join our team to help us keep growing our strengths and shore up the things that we need to improve.

+ We offer serious flexibility and unlimited vacation.

+ We pay well and have good benefits.

+ We offer a vacation stipend to encourage you to actually take vacation.

+ We are an open, diverse and inclusive office.

+ We are not bound to tradition and often do things a bit differently to improve our process.

+ We need someone to grow with us (we plan for this to be a Partner track position)

+ We trust our team and need someone who appreciates and is comfortable with a degree of independence.  (don't worry, we have a good support system in place when needed)  We want you to do your thing.

+ We need someone who believes in our mission and exudes our values. (re: vegaarchitecture.com/purpose)

Ideally this candidate would have the following skills and experience:

+ 10 years of experience

+ Licensed Architect

+ Solid experience in our project types

+ Passion for Mentoring

+ Passion for Managing teams and organization

+ Proven Client Management Skills

+ Strong curiosity

+ Driven to deliver great design and equally great deliverables.

+ BIM experience (ArchiCAD experience would be fantastic, but isn't required.)

+ Current work authorization if not a US citizen.

Anticipated Salary: $80k - $130k based on experience and qualifications.
