We are growing and looking for a variety of motivated people with project manager-level expertise to be an integral part of the KEPHART team.
Senior Living Project Manager: An area of special opportunity is senior living, and we are well positioned to continue to expand in that market. Our mission is to solve one of the most challenging issues in architecture over the next 20 years, which is providing attainable, high-quality housing for the avalanche of aging people who will need it.
Townhouse Project Manager: This specific position will see you taking control of the majority of townhome and attached single-family projects within the firm, through all phases of design.
Senior Project Manager: This position covers a variety of multi-family housing type projects.
Construction Administration Project Manager: you will lead multiple projects at a time with limited supervision. The CA PM performs the architect’s roles and responsibilities from the start of the construction phase through project completion and turnover to the client. This position also works closely with the studio during the design phase as a resource in construction detailing and best practices.
