EYP is searching for an experienced Healthcare Project Manager. In this role, the Project Manager will:

  • Provide overall management of Architecture/Engineering team(s), delegating project tasks as required
  • Develop and maintain project work plans
  • Develop and maintain contractual agreements
  • Insure budget and schedule compliance
  • Assume overall responsibility for consultant activities
  • Review time sheet edits and project invoicing
  • Assemble and maintain the project delivery handbook
  • Serve as single point of contact with the client, managing the clients expectations and experience
  • Chair client meetings
  • Prepare reports indicating project(s) progress
  • Be responsible for staff performance appraisals
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Continue education through seminars and participation in professional organization activities
  • May participate in business development opportunities for the firm including assisting in responses to RFPs, making project presentations, calling on prospects, networking, writing articles and participating in professional seminars

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or other relevant discipline is required
  • 7-18 years of experience
  • Pursuing professional licensure preferred
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Must possess strong analytical skills with a strategic orientation, as well as conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to coordinate with and lead consultant teams
  • Adaptable and objective with strong negotiation skills
  • Can communicate with peers, subordinates, consultants, contractors and clients constructively
  • Excellent team management and client management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Understands and works collaboratively within the firm's organizational structure
  • Demonstrated ability to hold team members accountable to deadlines and commitments
  • Demonstrates leadership that align with the firm's values
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grasp of fundamentals and knowledge of theoretical and practical developments in the field
  • Working knowledge of Deltek Vision, Outlook, Microsoft Project, Excel and Word software
  • Ability to generate and maintain a work plan
  • Excellent time management skills
