Join EVstudio!! We are currently offering a career opportunity for a Multi-family Studio Project Manager with 7-10 years’ experience who will fit into our flexible, collaborative environment and grow professionally while helping to build our multi-family studio.

 Responsible for supporting the Multi-family Studio Directors in the areas of growth, revenue, profitability, staff management and client relationships while managing projects.


The ideal candidate is an experienced architect/project manager who:

 ·        is extremely organized and able to develop and maintain a studio schedule for multiple projects

·        can hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables

·        has amazing people skills and is comfortable dealing with a variety of client types

·        has experience managing large multi-family projects (in a PA, PM, or Construction Management capacity)

·        can demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

·        has a positive attitude and high attention to detail

·        is experienced with developing large-scale proposals




·        Professional degree in Architecture or Construction  

·        7-10 years’ experience preferred

·        Exceptional scheduling abilities

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred

·        Strong communication skills with an ability to work in a team environment
