Multi-family Studio Architectural Project Designer

The ideal candidate:

·        has experience working on Multi-family projects

·        is passionate about architecture and design

·        enjoys collaborative teamwork as well as high levels of independence

·        is motivated to learn all aspects of the industry

·        has an outgoing personality and is capable of coordinating work with internal and external consultants

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture

·        2-6 years of professional experience and is seeking licensure

·        proficiency in using Revit

·        working knowledge of the construction process

·        experience with the entire architectural documentation process (SD, DD, CD)

·        Great communication and interpersonal skills

·        Rendering skills preferred (Lumion)
