We are growing and looking for a variety of motivated people from entry level to those with project manager-level expertise to be an integral part of the KEPHART team.
Construction Administration Project Manager: you will lead multiple projects at a time with limited supervision. The CA PM performs the architect’s roles and responsibilities from the start of the construction phase through project completion and turnover to the client including site observations locally and potentially out-of-state. This position also works closely with the studio during the design phase as a resource in construction detailing and best practices.
Senior Project Manager: This position covers a variety of multi-family housing type projects.
Townhouse Project Manager: This specific position will see you taking control of the majority of townhome and attached single-family projects within the firm, through all phases of design.
Job Captain: This position will involve coordination with consultants as well as overseeing the work of those junior to you as you expand your knowledge and growth with guidance from a Project Manager.
Designer 2: This position will work under the guidance of a Job Captain/Project Architect performing a variety of tasks as you continue your path to licensure.
