We are currently located in the Denver Metro area.

Position Summary:

An entry level Designer primarily supports the project team by participating in various general and project specific tasks. They must exercise effective time management and awareness of impact on the project design, schedule, and budget and will conduct work within ADC standards under the direction of a supervisor.

Qualifications:

0-5 years of experience

Exceptional knowledge of Revit

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Bluebeam & Adobe Creative Suite

 General Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

o  Prepare written documents including meeting minutes, meeting agendas and transmittals

o  Gather materials and colors and prepare color boards and presentation materials at the direction of the team leader.

o  Communicate with material reps to keep products samples and books updated in the office library. Coordinate with vendors & reps Lunch & Learns programs. Library organization

o  Assist coordination with consultants

o  Participates in scope and schedule review meeting with project leader to understands deadlines that apply

o  Performs limited coordination between drawings and follows redlined comments through drawing set to assure that drawings are correct and coordinated per the redline comment.

o  Contributes to development of team standards and quality control measures

o  Participates in Site Planning/Conceptual Design/Schematic Development, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration tasks

o  Displays knowledge or a willingness to learn about construction and constructability items as related to architectural drawings and deliverables

o  Displays knowledge or a willingness to learn about local and national building and zoning codes, ADA compliance codes and integrate code specific knowledge into architectural drawings and deliverables.

Education:

o  Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or a related field is required
