DESCRIPTION

Davis Partnership Architects is searching for an experienced Project Team Coordinator to provide administrative support for specific project teams, studios, project managers and Partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                    

·        Providing general administrative support to Project Team preparation of correspondence, meeting notes and agendas, coordination of meeting scheduling and participation, administrative support for RFP processes, setting up conference calls.

·        Process incoming RFIs and submittals via email or CA software programs (Procore, Converge, Newforma, etc.)

·        Coordinating travel arrangements for Project Team members as needed.

·        Prepare AIA documents and project contracts.

·        File Project information.

·        Processing documents requiring electronic signatures and approvals

·        Attend OAC meeting as requested

·        Proofread various documents

·        Update reports and spreadsheets as requested

·        Set up video-conferencing meetings

·        Provide back-up to Front Desk Receptionist.


QUALIFICATIONS

·        Experience in similar administrative and clerical positions.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite software.

·        Familiarity with architectural and building construction processes is preferred.

·        Ability to work and communicate effectively and efficiently.

·        Excellent organization and management skills. 

·        Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to effectively multitask, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

·        Ability to work efficiently and effectively in independent and group settings.


Although many of us are working a hybrid in-office and remote from home schedule, working from Denver is required.

Compensation is provided on an hourly-basis commensurate with experience, ranging from $25.00/hour to $30.00/hour.
