Studio PBA is seeking talented individuals to join our growing team. For over 40 years, Studio PBA has been designing successful multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. Studio PBA recognizes that working conditions have changed dramatically recently. We are currently bringing people back to the office while allowing those who wish to work remotely to continue. Studio PBA is looking for Recent Grad, Architectural Staff and Architect candidates at All Levels. Our company provides opportunities for ambitious individuals to advance their skills through collaboration and leadership.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated learners, problem solvers, and have a desire to make an impact. An education in architecture or construction is required. Our team members must be able to meet deadlines, ask questions, and work well in a collaborative team environment.

 Role Expectation – Recent College Grad:

o    0-2 years Architectural Office Experience

o    Revit experience preferred

o    Multifamily architecture experience valued

o    Performs basic architectural assignments on projects under supervision

o   Salary Range – Recent Grad Level - $47,000-$58,000 depending on experience level

 Role Expectations – Architectural Staff/Architect I/II/III Level Candidates:

o   Problem identification and resolution skills preferred

o   Managing successful and efficient coordination with consultants

o   Ability to meet project milestones and deadlines consistently

o   Build and maintain successful client relationships

o   Salary Ranges – Depending on Experience

2-3 Years Exp. Architectural Staff Level 1 - $52,000-$66,000

3-6 Years Exp. Architectural Staff Level 2 - $62,000-$76,000

6+ Years Exp. Architect Level 2/3 - $65,000-$89,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS – all positions

Skills & Experience:

o   Great attitude and sense of humor required

o   Multi-Family Architecture experience valued

o   Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o   Ability to navigate zoning and building codes while integrating building envelope and constructability concepts into effective construction documents

o   Strong ability to multi-task, while being a team player and a self-starter

o   Proficiency in the following programs:

o   Revit

o   Bluebeam

o   AutoCAD
