Senior Technical Architect / PM
dcb is a fully integrated design-build firm looking for a Senior Technical Architect and Project Manager/PA seeking an alternative dynamic to traditional project delivery and culture. Our 8-10 person design studio is situated within a larger group of collaborating design-build professionals.

Senior Technical Architect/PM (12-15+ Years’ Experience Licensed in Colorado)
Experienced Project Manager / Project Architect (10+ Years’ Experience License Preferred, Not Required)
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture
Experience in Revit, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Project a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a wide range of environments
Excellent graphic communication skills
The Senior Technical Architect/PM position is a leadership role that requires project management of select project teams while providing technical expertise and constructability review for the department whole
Highly proficient in technical detailing and construction methods with while providing mentorship to younger and less experienced staff
A desire to work in a collaborative design-build environment with an understanding of big picture goals - blending the execution of design excellence, budget, and timing
Has the ability to communicate effectively with clients of varying types, with the ability to listen and help determine their program requirements and overall project vision
Strong communication skills working with outside planning and other government entities to effectively gain positive traction on projects
Continued education and development in the understanding of new materials and methods being utilized in the construction industry
