Project Architect / Manager
dcb is a fully integrated design-build firm looking for a project architects and project managers interested in joining our highly collaborative design-build environment. Our design studio is situated within a larger group of design-build professionals all working together with a common goal to design > build > and deliver excellent projects.

Project Architect / Manager (8-12+ Years Experience, Licensed in Colorado Preferred)
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture
Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Project a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a wide range of environments
Excellent graphic communication skills
Highly proficient in technical detailing and has an understanding of various building systems
A desire to work in a collaborative design-build environment with an understanding of big picture goals - blending the execution of design excellence, budget, and timing
Has the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with clients of varying types, with the ability to listen and help determine their program requirements and overall project vision
Strong communication skills working with outside planning and other government entities to effectively gain positive traction on projects
Continued education and development in the understanding of new materials and methods being utilized in the construction industry
