We are looking to add talented and driven individuals to join our new Denver office and help contribute to our ongoing success! Our work ranges from modern, multi-family housing to high-end brownstones, innovative restaurants, community buildings and exciting lab and retail spaces. Embarc is currently seeking full-time candidates for a Senior Project Architect.


Working alongside a Project Manager, the qualified candidate will help to execute and manage a range of multifamily residential projects of varying scope and complexity. Qualified candidates for this position shall possess a B.Arch and/ or M.Arch with a minimum 8+ years professional experience after completion of school, preferable in the multifamily sector. Architectural licensure is not required, but a plus. 

Candidates shall also align with the following skill sets:

·        Proficiency in Revit

·        Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite with working knowledge in Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft office & Teams

·        Proficiency in building envelope detailing, preferably in wood-framed multifamily construction.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver a comprehensive set of construction drawings (in Revit)

·        Adept understanding of building and zoning codes

·        Strong management skills, both internally and with outside consultants and clients

·        Well-rounded experience executing architectural projects through all phases – Concept through Construction

·        Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines concurrently

·        Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

·        Eager and effective mentor for junior staff

·        Highly motivated, organized, and fun!
