Available Positions
Project Architect: 3- 5 years of professional architectural experience – working towards an architectural license
Experience/Skills
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Experienced knowledge of architectural building systems, planning and design.
- A variety of project experience in all phases of the architectural process from SD- CA.
- Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam a must.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Enscape or other visulalization software
- Working knowledge of building codes and specifications
- Technical understanding of construction detailing requirements.
- Ability to work autonomously on multiple tasks and projects
- Self-motivated with team collaboration in mind
- Must be able to pass both State and Federal background checks
Duties
Assist with large and small-scale projects at all phases in the architectural process including:
- Communicating and collaborating with design teams, clients, contractors, engineers, & governing jurisdictions
- Involvement in construction administration including:
- Shop drawing review
- RFI review
- Construction observation
- Construction reporting
- Perform field measure and site observations
- Collaborate on project design
- Generate construction documents in Revit
- Generate, coordinate and complete redlines for team members
- Complete code and life-safety reviews
- Assist in creating graphic presentations
Job Type: Full-time, On-site, Contract
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience
