Project Manager/Project Architect
Position Summary: Candidate will be able to manage projects including external engineering consultants on the design and construction documents from conceptual design through construction administration. Travel to job sites across Colorado and other states, but generally in the Denver Metro area for owners meetings and construction administration. Enthusiasm for teamwork together in the office and ability to work responsibly and productively from home. Ability to mentor intern Architects and direct internal team with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications:
· Architecture License a plus, but not required
· 8–10-year minimum experience in Managing jobs from concept through CA
· Ability to assemble Construction Documents including project detailing
· Revit 2020-2022 production experience required
· BIM 360 (collaborative) experience required
· 5-8+ years of Revit required
· General AutoCAD knowledge, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Adobe Suite
· Great Time Management
· Knowledge of all phases of design and documentation
· Self-directed/motivated, task oriented, and attention to detail required
· Construction Administration experience required
Responsibilities:
· Manage the design and engineering team on documentation and CA
· Coordinate project specifications with specification writer and engineers
· Coordinate with design principals and interior designers
· Manage client needs and requirements
· Mentor intern architects and designers
· Prepare client presentation documents – materials boards and materials binders
· Manage CA, job site visits, ASI’s, RFI’s, and submittal reviews
· Communicate with team in preparing design and construction documents
Administrative Responsibilities:
Create project schedules, Coordinate printing jobs with team: with FedEx, UPS, USPS, Morrell, & Rocky Mountain Blueprint, Mentor intern architects
